SFI are committed 100% to making sure we enhance the level of service our valued customers have come to expect and the next stage will be the imminent release of a bespoke cloud-based portal to allow our customers to access and receive daily updates on all shipments in transit along with the ability to upload & exchange paperwork.

In the meantime, to ensure you receive uninterrupted continuity of service, we would ask if you would be kind enough to inform your suppliers of the new overseas contact(s)? Should you prefer that our overseas partner makes the first contact with your supplier please let us know and we will arrange this on your behalf.
